Parking and access in Sharjah
The practical issues in Sharjah are usually parking and stairs rather than permits. Many residential streets in Al Nahda and Al Majaz are tight, with limited space for a truck near the entrance, and older buildings often have no service lift.
Both are manageable when we know in advance: a bigger crew for stairs, and a vehicle that fits the street. Send a photo of the building entrance if you are unsure — it takes a second and it changes the plan.
What the move costs
Volume, floors and access decide it, with the traffic factored into the time rather than hidden as a surprise. A second-floor flat with no lift takes longer than a fifth-floor flat with one, which is not the order people expect.

How early do you start?
Early. The Dubai–Sharjah road decides the day, so loading usually begins in the morning to keep the drive outside peak hours.
My Sharjah building has no lift. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the crew size. Tell us the floor and we will plan for stairs rather than discover them.
